When he first arrived at Horizon so many years ago, he came in as a kid from the wrong side of the tracks. He had a bitter personality and didn't let anyone into him or his mind. He tended to treat others like crap, and usually got it right back, except for the counselors.
He also seemed to be a bit of a smart ass, always making everything into a joke and almost always getting the counselors annoyed with him. He was known for taking everything out on his peers until finally Peter taught him how to put his anger into mountain climbing, and boxing. Which is what he ended up doing.
His act soon turned around, but he still had a bit of a smart ass thing going on. To this day, even if he can be a softy, he is still a bit of a smart ass.

Leo was born to a pretty good set of parents. He always had everything he needed, never lacking anything. But what he lacked, or so he thought was friends. So as he got older he started to find his way into local gangs, and then the gangs started to turn up more for him.
By the time Leo was fourteen, he has already in two different kinds of gangs. His parents fearing for his life, sent him to Horizon. When he arrived at Horizon, he hated it. He was bumping heads with everyone. Doing everything he could to get out of Horizon. Till finally Peter changed his life.
After graduating Horizon, he went on for his life doing what he wanted to do, including seeing the world. Leo after all wanted to become an amateur boxer. With that set in his life, he made his way up to fame and fortune.
However two years ago he is finally here at Horizon once more. He is a counselor for the ridge runners and loves every minute of it. While at Horizon again, he fell in love with Bliss Plinkett and he couldn't be happier.
