This year, 2010 marks the 200th birthday of Grayson Academy. For 200 years the academy has been serving the most elite vampires. But now on it's two hundredth birthday, things are completely changing. Humans are now allowed into Grayson Academy! No one really knows why, no one except Headmaster Grayson and the Grayson twins. Not just any humans are being allowed to Grayson, only ones who have been Kissed by a Shadow. Kissed by a Shadow is really a fairytale to the supernatural world which is really an oxymoron but its true. Kissed by a Shadow means a vampire has drank from a human almost to much but stopped before the death of the human. A slight bit of vampire blood is put into their system to save them from going into the shadow (death). Stories say that these humans are given slight power. Mainly psychic abilities. Some stronger than others. This is extremely rare but does happen. Recently a few of the Shadow Humans are being discovered. Normally they are marked as insane but now some people are starting to believe them. The Grayson family noticed this and decided to do something about this. They decided to invite the younger Shadow Humans to attend Grayson academy on a full scholarship. None would ever turn down this opportunity. After arriving to the school they would be told of why they are the way they are and taught the ways of the vampire world. This way they are not as much of a threat. Some of the vampire students are okay with this fact and tend to ignore the humans, others try to help them out, but most of the students hate the humans, they try to make life worse and worse for them. This is when the Grayson twins step in to protect the shadow humans. But can these races mix like this. Or will all hell break lose? We can only wait and see.
