History [at least 2 paragraphs; 5+ sentences each]: His parents, Warren and Janice Barringer got married after they graduated college, because Warren couldn't keep it in his pants and Janice got pregnant with his kid, Scott. He was born on March 3rd in a boat in the middle of nowhere. Warren got a job working at a prestigious law firm, and Janice got a job at a bookstore. For a few years, they were happy.
Scott played sports ever since he was younger, starting with soccer, moving on to baseball, before finding his niche in football. He loves everything about the game, from the freshly cut grass, to the smell of sweat soaked bodies. Everything. He loves foot ball...actually love doesn’t even begin to describe how he feels about the sport. He is about two steps shy of worshipping the sport. Scott had always been a gifted athlete. He was one of the top reciever's in the nation.
Remember the happiness that I mentioned? Well it ended when he turned thirteen when Janice left his dad because she was tired of never seeing him. Warren was forever off traveling and doing other for his business and she became convinced that he was having an affair. Her suspicions were confirmed a year later when, his dad remarried to a woman named Elaine when Scott was fourteen, and her and her twelve year old daughter Marley moved in. He didn’t really have a problem with Marley, they became really good friends actually, but Elaine was a different story. Not too long after the wedding, his stepmother seduced him. Being the young naïve child he was he thought he was he was feeling for her was love, but it was in fact infatuation. That was until the first night that he said no and she wouldn't stop. She would come into his room every night even though it was obvious that Scott didn't want to sleep with her. She convinced him that no one would believe if he told, so he turned to drugs. Drugs provided the security for him that life couldn’t. But well as we all know drugs are illegal, and his father, having no other option, had him hauled off to Horizon.
When he first arrived at Horizon he dated Juliette, but ditched her for Shelby. Shelby was probably the greatest thing that ever happened to him. The two of them had a really good thing going on between them. Yea it was complicated and emotional, but what relationship wasn’t. He only told two people about what his step-mother had done to him, Shelby, and his counselor Peter. They had Child Protective Services look into it, however, the case was dropped when his stepmother handed over love letters that he had sent her. His father doesn’t believe him and just about abandoned him. His misses his dad, but there’s nothing he can really do about it. Shelby has quite the past as well, and when she told him he didn’t take it very well. He eventually came around realizing that you can’t control what life throws at you, and you just have to deal with it the best way you can…they still argue about it though…
I guess I'll go

Rp sample [may be from other site; must meet posting requirements]: Morgan still didn’t really know why she was there, not that minded, sure they had had a past, and things were still kind of awkward but not really between. She took off her flip flops and dug her feet in the sand, and stared out at the ocean in front of him. She nodded a thank you to his comment about her looking good. She knew she looked good. She would never allow herself to leave the house looking anything but. It was just her rule of thumb. ‘You never know who you might run into,’ her grandmother used to say, and she agreed with that whole heartedly, “You look good yourself.” And boy did he. She watched out the corner of her eye as he took sip out of his whiskey bottle and silently took it from him when he offered it. She couldn’t lie whiskey was not high on her list of favorite alcoholic beverages, but that didn’t stop her from drinking it. She closed her eyes enjoying the feel of the whiskey burning in her chest. She almost never turned down a drink, loved it too much to do so.
She rolled her eyes, “Arrogant much,” she said in response to his comment about her coming down here, “One, don’t call me Baby doll, and two, no I didn’t come to see you, I saw your fire, and curiosity, came a calling.” She knew he was just joking with her but it still hurt a little bit to be near him. Which brought back the age old question of what the hell was she doing there with him? He hurt her pretty bad, not that she showed it. She was always careful as to what emotions she showed to outside world. Not wanting everyone to know her business, plus if it got out that she actually had feelings, she would be ruined, in more ways than one. She took another swig of the drink, before sitting it down between them, and looking back out at the ocean again.
Morgan looked up at him curiously as he stood up out of nowhere and began unbuttoning his shirt. "Whoa! Dude! What the hell are you doing?!!!” she questioned, as he took off his shirt and threw it on the rocks next to them. She couldn’t help but stare at the sight before her. His body was gorgeous. She already knew that, but seeing it, never ceased to amaze her. Tearing her eyes from his upper body, she looked up at this face, “Huh?” she said before registering what he had said, “You want me to go into the ocean with you? You are aware it’s probably freezing, and we could both catch pneumonia right?”
